Sales Engineer/Technical Sales Manager - Nordics
Sofi Filtration is an innovative Finnish company which operates in the industrial water filtration market. Our company is committed to provide the best solutions on the market that enable industrial players to clean their process waters and at the same time to minimize the industrial impact on environment.
To strengthen our internationalization process we are currently looking for a Sales Engineer for the Nordic market.
Application period: 1.2-31.3.2019
Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products and services primarily in the Nordics;
Developing long-term relationships with end-user clients and channel-to-market partners through managing and interpreting their requirements;
Coordinating activities of sales agents;
Visiting customers and prospects and deliver tailored solutions recommendations;
Educating clients that the product best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
Participating in trade shows
3+ years industrial B2B sales experience
Experience in the power generation and marine industries are seen as an advantage
Good technical communication skills
Good time management skills
Ability to relate complex client needs to corresponding Sofi Filtration solutions
Ability to work and learn independently and as part of a team
Results-oriented performer with the motivation and skill to drive the sales process
‘Hands on’, ‘can do’ attitude is a must
English: Fluent, written and oral
A Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) seen as an advantage
Ability to occasionally travel in the Nordics
