We’ve opened our Izmir test center to support mining customers in Türkiye

We’re excited to announce the opening of our new Sofi Filtration Test Center in Izmir, Türkiye, created in direct response to growing customer demand in the region. This marks an important step as we begin commercial testing and piloting with mining industry customers in Türkiye.

Together with our local partner Ecoline Group, we’re bringing our patented microfiltration technology closer to mining operations—making it easier for customers to test, validate, and implement sustainable water management solutions. Whether the goal is to reduce water withdrawal or recover more valuable minerals from process waters, we’re here to support those needs locally.

At the Izmir test center, we enable pilot-scale testing under real-world conditions. The first customer samples have already arrived, and the facility has started in full-scale use from early December 2025.

Being close to our customers matters to us. The strong interest we’ve seen in Türkiye reinforces our commitment to the region and to helping mining operators improve water reuse, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency—working side by side with trusted local partners.
