Get to know our new sales staff: sales manager Toni Nikku and sales assistant Sreyashi Patra

Since October we've welcomed two new team members in sales. Toni Nikku started his work as a sales representative in October and Sreyashi Patra as sales assistant in November.

"Having two new sales professionals join us allows us to promote our solutions and service more effectively. Our technology is novel and not all customers know self-cleaning filters in general either. The use of mechanically self-cleaning filters, however, has multiple benefits over more conventional solutions: less waste generated, less operator hours required and no need for chemicals. All this results in the lowest opex in the market for clarifying filters", explains CEO Riina Salmimies.

Toni Nikku joins Sofi Filtration with a diverse background in sales and business development. He comes in with degrees in both technology and business and plenty of boots-on-the-ground experience with engaging customers.

"I want to work with a good product and a wonderful team. In my work, I get to meet customers with whom we try to do our part for a better tomorrow", says Toni when asked about his motivations for working in sales.

Sreyashi brings a solid technical understanding to our sales team and has experience of multiple cultural contexts. She is passionate about customer service and happy customers are the ultimate measure of her success.

"We have a great work culture at Sofi Filtration, that I feel motivates us towards high customer satisfaction. We want to do our best to help our customers employ our novel technology in their efforts towards a cleaner planet", summarizes Sreyashi.

Our sales staff take care of customer inquiries engaging them for further detailed information to assess the applicability of our technology. They relish in the discussions they have with prospective customers and look forward to a chance to talk to anyone in industry who might have a challenge with fine particle separation.
